Anne Griffiths passed away peacefully on Friday 1st of November at Claremont Court in Guildford.
She will be greatly missed by Rob, Tom, Laura, Janet, Colin, Joanna, Bryony, Cormac and by her wider family, work colleagues and multitude of friends.
