Chichester Crematorium wins gardening award
During the summer, the team at Chichester Crematorium entered a Residents and Business Garden Competition run by the local District Council. The awards were presented at a Gala Evening in October and the team came home with an inscribed glass trophy as a Judge’s Special Award and a certificate to hang in the crematorium reception.
Crematorium manager, Goldie Chandler said: “All credit goes to Guy Hunter, our head gardener, and his team of three gardeners, Freda Leal, John Bridewater and Phil March, who all worked extremely hard to get our grounds to the peak of perfection.”
