Reverend Guy Hewlett, Chaplain at the Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, led a Service of Dedication at Wyre Forest Crematorium’s recently developed children’s area in June. The Service saw members of staff, local funeral directors and bereavement professionals in attendance.
Minister dedicates new children’s area at Wyre Forest
The newly dedicated children’s area will give families more choice when choosing memorial options and features a plaque which is engraved with a touching Peter Pan quote.

"The Dedication was intimate but really lovely and we hope that this new children’s area provides a tranquil place for those families that choose to use it."
The Service included readings by Civil Celebrant, Marion Wilson, Trudy Berlett, Bereavement Officer for Worcester Hospital and Sue Perry and there was also a balloon release.

Public visit Bentley Crematorium and Cemetery
Bentley Crematorium in Brentwood opened its doors to the public on Saturday 22 August, giving local people the chance to have guided tours of the crematorium and its grounds.
