Support and guidance
We know that planning a funeral can be difficult. With over 180 years’ experience in funeral planning and services, we know exactly what steps you need to take when a loved one passes away.

From registering the death, to the day of the funeral and beyond, we’re here to listen to you, offer our expertise and make recommendations that can help make the process a little bit easier for you.

If you have any questions, feel free to call us as and when you need to on . We’re here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Supporting family members at a funeral service
From the moment we bring your loved one into our care, you can be sure that we’ll tend to them with the utmost respect and consideration.

We will transport them to our premises in specialist vehicles where they will rest in climate- controlled facilities.

We have state- of- the- art washing facilities, should you require them for religious or cultural purposes.

We can also dress your loved one and take care of their hair, makeup and other personal effects according to your wishes.

If required, we can stay with your loved one overnight for an additional cost.

We are experts in all of the steps you need to take for your loved one’s funeral to legally take place.

We will liaise with any necessary third parties on your behalf and manage any external payments and documentation required for the funeral to go ahead.

Once the formalities are completed, we can focus on creating the fitting send-off you want for your loved one.

From arranging a minister or celebrant to funeral vehicles, memorials, service stationery, obituaries and more, you can count on us to bring everything you wish for together in time for the day of the funeral.
