Our Chapel Service funeral provides your loved one with a fitting send off at one of our specialist service chapels, followed by an unattended cremation at our chosen crematorium.

The venue offers a peaceful and fitting environment in which to celebrate the life of your loved one among family and friends. Once the ceremony is over, the cremation takes place without mourners, carried out with the utmost care and supervised by an experienced attendant. Your loved one's ashes can then be returned to you, or scattered in the crematorium's gardens of remembrance.

While in our care, both you and your loved one will be treated with kindness and respect. 1. We guarantee to match any funeral quote from another funeral director that is within 5 miles of our location. To make a claim on the price promise we will need to see a genuine price quote, advert, website or other evidence from a funeral director within 5 miles that is dated up to 4 weeks from the date of death

2. The price promise relates to all of the funeral services provided by us and is not applicable to costs charged by a third party as part of the funeral

3. If using a funeral benefit discount, this will be taken off the Dignity price before any comparisons to competitors’ prices are made under the price promise

4. We reserve the right to apply, withdraw, modify or terminate the price promise in whole or in part at any time or for any reason

5. Claiming on the price promise does not change or affect the Terms and Conditions of any products or services that you purchase

Our Chapel

The Chapel at our Swansea funeral home offers a peaceful and appropriately furnished space in which to remember your loved one. Here, among family and friends, you can pay your respects and celebrate the life that has passed, in an hour long service presided over by a minister or celebrant.

  • Seating capacityThe chapel can seat 100 and has additional standing space for 40 more
  • Allotted timeThe chapel service will be for 1 hour
  • LocationThe chapel is attached to our building. Entrance is through our main door and then on the left.
  • ParkingThe car park caters for 30 cars but there is also car parking outside our premises

Our Limousines

We have a fleet of funeral limousines available for use by you and your immediate family, and, if desired, extended family and friends. Built to the highest specifications and professionally maintained to ensure continual service, our chauffer-driven limousines provide a comfortable and dignified method by which to travel to your loved one's funeral.

Dependent upon the style of vehicle, our funeral cars are usually capable of carrying a maximum of between seven and nine mourners. It is traditional for immediate family to take the first and, if necessary, second limousine, with other family and friends using any additional cars or following on in their own vehicles.

Minister or Celebrant

The cremation service will usually be taken by a funeral celebrant or a minister. They will address the congregation and, if requested, provide a eulogy to your loved one. Costs vary and we can discuss the fee when you contact us.

We will manage the payment of this third party cost, as well as handling the relevant documentation, ensuring the funeral can go ahead.

We can offer guidance on choosing a suitable minister or celebrant to preside over your loved one's funeral service, but you are equally welcome to use somebody you already have a preference for.

Order Sheets and Service Cards

The Order of Service provides you and the congregation with a schedule of how the funeral will proceed, and will include the sequence of hymns and music, along with readings, the eulogy and the committal.

It is often handed out as the mourners arrive at the venue and can be anything from an Order Sheet or Service Card, to a short booklet. These can be made more distinctive with photographs and meaningful quotes to offer a more personal reflection of your loved one. Many choose to keep their Order of Service, treasuring them along with the other special memories and mementos of a life sadly passed.
