Yasmin unexpectedly passed at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital on 3rd October, aged 31 years. Beloved fiancee of Craig. Much loved daughter to Maria and Richard. She will be so sadly missed, forever in our hearts.
The funeral service will be held at GreenAcres Colney Park on Saturday 2nd November at 1pm.
