It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my mum Angela sadly passed away on the 4th of November, aged 67. Angela suffered for many years from a rare form of dementia known as Posterior Cortical Attrophy, a disease that affects the sight and spatial awareness before the more typical signs of dementia.
I am devastated to lose my Mum , however like many who knew her, I am relieved for her that she is no longer suffering and is out of pain.
She really was the best Mum who I loved very much xx
