Its with sadness to announce the passing at home on 4th November aged 81 years.
Jackie will forever be missed by his loving wife Iris and always in the hearts of his sons Rob, Jon and grandson James. Along with all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at South Shields Crematorium om Tuesday 21st November at 12.30pm.
All welcome back after the service to the Cleadon Club.
