passed away peacefully at Blackpool Victoria Hospital, surrounded by those he loved, on 4th December, aged 57.
Tom, dearly loved husband to Sharon, will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service for Tom will take place on Friday 27th December, 10:45 at Lytham Park Crematorium.
