Daniel O'Connell Ford
September 6th, 1931 - October 5th, 2023
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, Daniel O'Connell Ford died on Thursday 5th October 2023.
He was born in Calcutta, India, one of thirteen children, to English parents. He came to England at the age of 15 where he grew up and worked in the insurance world. He adored his wife, daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchild. He loved both animals and sport of all kinds. He had a wicked sense of humour and loved telling jokes and could often be heard saying "you'll like this one"!
He leaves behind his daugther Davina, his granddaughter Emma, grandons Tom, Joe and Alfie and his great-grandson Sonny.
The family wishes to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Temple Grove Nursing Home for all the care and support they gaive during his last few days.
