George passed away at the James Paget University Hospital on Friday 8th September 2023 aged 83. A much loved dad to Tracey, Lindy and Michael, brother to Sheila and Joyce and Uncle.
A grandad and great grandad loved and much missed by Oliver, Jayden, Ashleigh, Isaac, Alex and Chloe.
A private unattended cremation will take place at the begining of October.
George started life as a son of a farmer, but chose a different path as an electrical engineer. His work took up a lot of his time as well as that of his family until later on in his life when he found a hobby, birdwatching and then a love of all nature in general, which he immersed himself in. He made many friends along the way. Sadly in 2016 he had a bad accident and was never quite the same, but he never lost the love for the world around him and the people he cared about. He will be sadly missed by many. His family and friends will aways remember him with love and kindness in their hearts.
A donation in George's memory, if desired may be made by either using the "Make A Donation" button above or by sending a cheque made payable to Suffolk Wildlife Trust to the funeral home at the address above.
