Bob passed away peacefully at Bedford hospital after a short Illness with his wife Sandra, and sons Michael and Robert by his side.

He is lovingly remembered by Sandra, his wife of 52 years, his sons Michael and Robert, and his three grandchildren, Emma, Zane and Logan.

He is also sadly missed by his extended family, who loved him dearly.

Bob was an electrician for all of his working life, his last role being at Kensington Town Hall until his retirement in 2002. Even after retirement, he kept up with regulations and stayed in touch with his former colleagues.

He loved helping his family and friends when needed and took immense pride in his work.

He had a wealth of knowledge on many subjects from general building to plumbing to carpentry and loved to guide family and friends when they had questions.

He had a keen interest in the outdoors and wildlife in particular.

The funeral service for Bob will be held at 11am on the 5th of Jan 2024 at North Herts Memorial Park & Crematorium.

All are welcome to attend. Please make any charitable donations to MacMillan Cancer Support via the link below.
