He was a funny, cheeky, loving and caring character, and will be much missed by his wife, family and friends.
Louise and family want the service to be a celebration of his life, so add a bit of colour to what you wear, tartan if possible!
Donations will also be collected for St Elizabeth Hospice, who supported Ian and Louise during his last illness.
