It is with great profound sadness that the family of Angela ( Angie) passed away on the 15th December 2023 at Hinchingbrooke Hospital at age 79. My Mum Angie was a fabulous Mum and a great best friend to me and always supported me in everything throughout my life. She was an inspiration and a great role model to me. She dearly loved her grandaughters Holly and Jess, and loved her Son in Law Paul. Angie was also Sister to Eric and Pat. The blessings at this very difficult time is that Angie is now reunited with my dad and her Husband, Eddie Sexton. Angie will be very greatly missed by all her family and friends and also all the Carers at Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambs where she spent her last two years being very lovingly cared for . Angie was born to parents Maurice O'Brien and Rebecca Cole on 16th February 1944. Angie attended Pitmans College and went on to her first job at the Daily Mail in Fleet Street approx 1964.She went on to have a successful career working as a Personal Assistant for the Chairmans Board at British Telecom in the City of London for over 30 years. Angie has been described by so many as being a lady of elegance, integrity, honesty and pure class and above all loved animals so much, and all those who were vulnerable and life long donated to many various charities in her life. Mum was loved by all who knew her and left a lasting impression on all with her smiles, joyfulness and straight talking. Angie my dear mum will be greatly missed by all. RIP my darling Mum and may you now enjoy your time with the angels and your family in heaven and your doggies Ebony, Heidi and Poppy.
Flowers at the funeral are welcome, but mum would prefer a donation to her favourite animal charity where mum and dad got their last doggie Poppy.

Thank you all for all your kind thoughts and messages at this very sad time. xxx
