Always smiling - a wonderful wife, and beautiful mum, nanny, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
Donations in memory of Pat are welcome to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care, a worthy local charity that provides compassionate hospice care, and a charity that Pat supported all her life.
