Frances sadly died on 19th December 2023 shortly after having reached her 90th birthday. We like to think that she is now at peace and reunited with her beloved Ivor.
She will be missed by all of her family and friends.
Many of you will remember the lady with the great sense of humour who lived in a church yard, baked many a scone for her fellow ramblers and, was air lifted off the mountain when doing the coast to coast due to her slight figure. Of course every activity completed by Frances was followed by brunch, tea and cake accordingly!
Dementia robbed Frances of her memory over time, nevertheless, her wit and will remained in tact until the very end. It is our wish, as a tribute to our Aunt to support research to find a cure for Alzheimer's and the other dementias.
