It is with deep sadness we announce that Patricia passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on Tuesday 19th December, aged 73.
Patricia will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 4th January, at 10.30am in the Braccan Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to the Stroke Association, via the link below, in memory of Patricia.
