Andrew passed away peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital on the 22nd of October, aged 35 years.
Beloved husband of Dawn and devoted Dad of Amelia, treasured son of Linda and Chris, a much loved brother of Zoe, brother-in-law of Dean and Uncle of Jackson and Isla.
He was a good friend to many and will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.
The funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 17th November at 11.15am.
Family flowers only please.
