In Loving Memory of John Anthony Michael Turney
John Turney passed away peacefully on 23rd September 2023, aged 84¾.
John was a much-loved father, brother, grandfather and husband with a lifelong passion for learning, a love of classical music, and an enthusiastic supporter of the CBSO. He was also a committed member of the United Reformed Church where he played an active role for 38 years. John will be greatly missed by his entire family and many friends.
John’s funeral will be at Sutton Crematorium at 11.30am on Friday 3rd November 2023, followed by church service and reception at United Reformed Church, Britwell Rd, Boldmere
In memory of John, rather than flowers we would like to support young musicians in the CBSO Youth Orchestra, should you wish to make a donation in his John's name.
Dress code, dress with colour.
