It is with sadness we announce that Carole Ann Hodges passed away in Medway Hospital on 24th January 2024 - aged 86 years.
She will be greatly missed by her children Sarah & Simon, her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
At peace now and reunited with her loving husband Jack.
