It is with great sadness we announce the death of Michael Derenberg who sadly passed away on Friday 24th May, aged 78 years old. Michael will be dearly missed by all of his Family and Friends that knew him throughout his life.
A service in loving memory of Michael will take place at St.Andrews United Reformed Church of Walton & Weybridge on Monday 1st July at 12.00 led by Rev. Michael Hodgson alongside Mrs Hazel Olde, Funeral Celebrant. This will be followed by the committal at Weybridge Cemetery at 1.15pm which everyone is invited to attend.
After the service and committal you are all warmly invited to join the Family at the wake which is being held in the Tarrant Room of St. George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club.
Traditional funeral attire is welcome, however guests are encouraged to add a hint or splash of something orange or green on the day, as these were Michael's favourite colours. Flowers are welcome from everyone, and any flowers can be delivered to Frederick W Chitty Funeral Directors in Walton on Thames by 10.00am on the day of the Funeral or can be brought directly to the service if you wish.
Donations can be made in loving memory of Michael to a selection of three charities. A JustGiving link found within the bottom of this notice will allow you to place an online donation to Parkinson's UK in memory of Michael, or alternatively you can make a donation to the Spinal Injuries Association at www.spinal.co.uk, or The Brain Tumour Charity at www.thebraintumourcharity.org
