Mrs Joy Lilian Sheppard sadly passed away peacefully on Friday 24th November 2023, aged 85 years.
Her funeral service will take place at Chilterns Crematorium in the Milton Chapel, at 1pm on Friday 5th January. The family kindly request that anyone wishing to remember Joy make a donation to the Cancer Care and Haemotology Fund via the link in this notice, or at the funeral where there will be a collection box, rather than buy flowers. This charity was very close to Joy's heart as it has provided vital support for her son Rob.
A reception will be held after the service at the Chandos Arms, Weston Turville from 2.30pm. There is limited parking at the venue, which we ask is kept free for those who most require it. There is plentiful free parking along Worlds End Lane.
Joy loved being with her family and friends, always thought of others before herself, and volunteered in many roles. She was greatly loved by her family and friends and is a huge loss to us all.
