It is with deepest regret we announce the death of Sim Ying Li, a much loved and loving Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law, and Nan who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Ying spent the last 48 years of her life in the UK, running a takeaway shop and making more good friends and loyal customers. Running a takeaway shop is a very hard and demanding job. Ying was not afraid of hard work or danger and is well respected.

Ying began to suffer from bad health early on in her adult life. She fought every battle until the very end. We are very sad to lose her, but knowing she is no longer in pain and suffering from illness, we hope she is now at peace.

You are welcome to attend her funeral service which will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Wednesday 20th December 2023 at 11.00.

To honour her wishes, there will be no wake afterwards. Instead, we invite you to privately celebrate her memory in your own ways. We know that she will be with us all in spirit. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
