It is with much sadness to announce that Peggy passed away suddenly at her care home on Thursday 27th July, aged 86 years old.
Much loved sister to Babs, Bob and Rich, and inspirational aunty to her 6 nieces and nephews - Lin, Steve, Alex, Chrissy, Will and Lauren.
A long and loyal career with the Civil Service. On her retirement Peggy was awarded the Imperial Service Medal by Her Majesty the Queen.
Honorary member of the Andover Musical and Operatic Society and cake-baker for the WI.
Particular thanks go to the staff of Speedwell Court, whose care and compassion made her very welcomed which allowed her to have an enjoyable and peaceful stay.
Peggy will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
