Jean Francis, beloved mother and grandmother, formerly of Lower Eashing, passed away peacefully at Birtley House Nursing Home in Bramley on the 28th of December 2024. Jean will be much missed by all who knew and loved her, and enjoyed her company..
All are warmly invited to the funeral service being held on the 25th of January at St Nicholas' Church in Peper Harrow, at 11am. Following the service Jean will be laid to rest with her beloved husband John in the churchyard.
The family hope you will join them after the service for a reception at the Dog & Phesant to continue sharing memories of Jean..
The family have requested that no flowers be brought, but if you wish to make a donation to charity in memory of Jean and John the family would welcome donations via the above link to Starehe UK. John helped in the foundation of the original boys' school in Nairobi and Jean had been an enthusiastic supporter of this successful charity ever since.
