Our dearest Aunty Rachel sadly passed away peacefully on Friday 29th September.
She will be greatly missed by family, friends and the wonderful staff at Westcombe Park Care Home.
We are sincerely thankful for the well-wishes, support and words of comfort we have received at this difficult time.
