Wendy Simms sadly passed away 29th September 2023 at home, aged 60 years.
Much loved Mum to Emma and Naomi. Dearly loved Grandmother to Gracie-May, Tyler, Ava-Rose and Ollie.
Wendy will be very much missed by all her Family and many of her Friends.
Donations in Memory of Wendy will be given to Marie Curie Nurses and East Cheshire Hospice.
