It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ann Evans of Grove Park.
Ann sadly passed away on the 30th July 2023 at St David's Hospice. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all friends and family.
Donations are to be given to St David's Hospice and Velindre in memory of Ann.
Donations can be taken via the link below for Velindre or a donation box will be at the service on the day.
