Isabella, passed away peacefuly in Hospital on Friday 31st May, aged 83 years. Beloved Mam to Janice and Raymond, Treasured Nana of Gavin, Daniel, Caitlin and Corey also a Devoted Great Nana to Thomas, Jenny, Levi and Harrison.
Donation`s in memory of Isabella can be left to The Renal Unit, C/O Sunderland Royal Hospital. A donation box will be available on the day.
